
Peri Barest, BS
Clinical Research Coordinator
Peri Barest graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University in 2024 with a B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Community Health. During her undergraduate years, Peri coordinated community engagement for the Maternal Advocacy and Research for Community Health club, wrote for the Tufts Daily, served as an Interfaith Ambassador with the Tufts Chaplaincy, and worked as Career Fellow with the Tufts Career Center. She also studied behavioral interventions for tobacco cessation and sexual health promotion in cancer patients as a research intern in Dr. Elyse Park’s Health Promotion and Resiliency Intervention Research Center. Peri previously interned with Our Bodies Ourselves Today and the Massachusetts Academic Public Health Corps. After her time at MGH, she intends to pursue a Masters in Public Health.
